I am the founder and CEO of Recruitment Club. We provide
Staffing and Recruiting services all over the world. We now have a job board website for our members. With our website, employers can post jobs and candidates can apply for jobs to get hired. It actually connects potential employers and candidates on a single platform.

For what projects/services did your company hire AlphaTech Solution, and what were your goals?
We were planning to launch a job portal where candidates and employers can connect with each other. Employers can post jobs and candidates can apply for jobs, upload resume, and showcase their profile in front of employers. So, we hired AlphaTech Solution for this project.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We research online for website developers and find some companies. We interviewed all selected companies and select AlpahTech Solution for our project. The major deciding factor was relevant experience and portfolio.

The final product is exactly what I want, even a bit better. Thanks to the project lead who truly leads the project. And thanks to AlphaTech for providing these amazing services and 3 months of free technical support. I am totally satisfied with the services they offered me. Now I am taking SEO services from them.

We had multiple meetings with the team before we get started. AlphaTech provide 2 mockups and after selecting one they started developing our website. During the development, we had a few meetings to discuss some features. Lastly, they developed our website and transfer it to our liver server, and after our approval, they publish our website.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The project management style was similar to all others, we had a meeting every week. They update the project status on Asana so I always check what’s going on. For communication, we were using WhatsApp, which i preferred.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
4 peoples were in contact with us. One was the project lead, a senior developer, and a designer, and one was a content writer who writes all the content of our website.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They had really amazing support. The project lead briefed every thing to me each day in the WhatsApp group. I am impressed with their skills and customer support.
